Mine Pneumatic Pipeline Auxiliary Installation Vehicle
The CGQZ series mine pneumatic pipeline auxiliary installation vehicle is a new type of installation equipment for coal mines, mainly used for the installation and disassembly of gas drainage pipelines in coal mine tunnels. Powered by compressed air, it is suitable for working environments that are flammable, explosive, strongly magnetic, radioactive, dusty, with large temperature variations, and heavy water spray.
The entire machine consists of a work platform, pipe-grabbing mechanism, travel mechanism, outriggers, and air intake system. The work platform and pipe-grabbing mechanism can rotate ±180°, enabling installation on both sides of the tunnel without moving the vehicle. The remote control system significantly enhances operational safety and efficiency.
