Product Description
Gas booster pump system for gas cylinder transfer and filling
The gas booster systems are compact and delicate solutions tailored to specific requirements, featuring gas boosters and all necessary accessories fitted and installed within a frame or a closed cabinet.
To operate this system, pressure gauges, valves, and pressure regulators are fitted on panels. The outlet pressure is easily set through a simple air regulator. The pump stops automatically when the set end pressure is reached and restarts with a slight drop in outlet pressure or an increase in the air drive pressure.
Pneumatic booster systems are used for oil-free compression of clean shop air as well as industrial gases like Argon, Helium, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and CO2. The system is driven by air from 3 bar to 8 bar provided by an air compressor. Operating pressures can reach up to 80 MPa; for higher pressure requirements, a pump with double driven heads is an ideal option.
Key Applications
- Pressure testing with gas
- Gas transfer and filling (Argon/Helium/Hydrogen/Oxygen/Nitrogen/CO2/CH4/LNG/LPG/CNG, etc.)
- Charging of gas cylinders and accumulators with nitrogen
- Supply for isolating gas systems
- Gas-assisted injection molding
- Transfer of oxygen cylinders
- Charging of breathing air bottles
- Leak testing and Safety valve adjusting
- Hydrostatic testing for valves, tanks, pressure vessels, and aircraft components

How to Select a System
To choose the suitable booster system, please identify:
- What is your present gas pressure?
- What is your gas type (Oxygen, Nitrogen, etc.)?
- What outlet gas pressure is required?
- What driven air pressure can you offer from your compressor?
- What outlet gas flow rate do you need?
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What gases can this booster system handle?
The system is designed for oil-free compression of industrial gases including Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Helium, Hydrogen, CO2, CH4, LNG, LPG, CNG, and FM200.
Does the system require electricity?
No, the booster system is completely air-operated (pneumatic) and does not require any electricity, making it safe for various industrial environments.
How does the automatic stop feature work?
The pump is designed to stop automatically once the pre-set outlet pressure is reached. It will restart automatically if there is a slight drop in the outlet pressure.
What is the maximum pressure the system can reach?
The standard DGS series can reach operating pressures up to 80 MPa (800 bar). Higher pressures can be achieved using specialized double-driven head configurations.
Is the system material durable for high-pressure use?
Yes, the systems are typically constructed using high-grade stainless steel for components and cabinets to ensure durability and resistance to pressure.
What is included in the standard warranty?
The product comes with a 13-month free warranty from the date of purchase, along with free technical support for the lifetime of the equipment.
