1. Seawater Inlet & Pressure Management
Raw seawater enters via the Seawater Inlet, then passes through the Pressure Regulator to stabilize inlet pressure.
2. Seawater Pretreatment
Pressurized seawater is filtered by the Seawater Strainer to remove impurities and protect downstream components.
3. Flow Control & Electrolysis
Pretreated seawater enters the Electrolyzer. The Transformer Rectifier supplies DC power to convert seawater chloride ions into hypochlorite. The Acid Washing System maintains performance via periodic cleaning.
4. Gas Separation & Storage
The mixture flows to the Degassing & Storage Tank where hydrogen is vented safely via the Hydrogen Vent.
5. Final Output
The purified hypochlorite solution is pumped out via the Injection Pump to the Hypochlorite Outlet for disinfection.
