Glass-lined reactor: It is the enamel glaze containing high silica sprayed on the inner surface of the steel container, firmly adhered to the metal surface as a composite material product through a reasonable high-temperature burning process. It is convenient to use, easy to maintain, and repair. It possesses the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength, making it an excellent corrosion-resistant chemical equipment. It is impact-resistant, smooth, insulating, heat-resistant, and wear-resistant. Enamel reactors are widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, dyes, and other industrial production processes for hydrolysis, neutralisation, crystallisation, mixing, and emulsification.

Are you a factory or a trader?
We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise. Our factory manufactures and exports all kinds of chemical reactors, chemical storage tanks, and machinery parts. We are happy to facilitate factory visits for inspection.
What is your delivery time?
We support FOB, CIF, and CFR shipping methods. Usually, the delivery time for one device is 30 to 40 days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
How long is your warranty?
We provide a one-year warranty for all products currently sold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, and D/P. Customers are required to pay a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance completed before delivery.
Do you provide installation guidance or after-sales service?
Yes. Installation drawings and manuals are provided. Our professional engineer teams are also available to assist via voice or video contact if assembly challenges arise.
How do you pack and ship the equipment?
We offer sea, rail, or combined transportation. Options include LCL, FCL, Flat Rack (FR), Bulk, and Express to ensure goods are delivered safely without damage.
