How about the cost and freight of samples?
We offer free samples for our original products, while shipping charges are covered by the buyer. Sample costs are refunded after placing a bulk order.
What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Generally, we require a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before loading. Delivery takes 3-7 days for stock items and 15-30 days for OEM designs.
What are your terms of packing?
We typically use 5-ply brown cartons with poly bags. For colored items, we use 5-ply brown cartons with 2cm foam on all six sides.
