Product Overview
We produce a complete range of pipes, fittings, hidden cisterns, and other spare parts for Kitchen & Toilet Drainage Systems, specifically focusing on Siphonic Drainage Systems. Since 2017, the development of popular sizes in Electrofusion fittings—such as elbows, tees, and reducers—has significantly saved costs and simplified installation compared to traditional spigot fittings.
Siphonic Drainage Technology
⚙️
Siphonic drainage works by using baffle plates inserted in the outlets to restrict air from entering the system. When combined with precisely sized pipework, the system runs full in both horizontal and vertical sections. Similar to a simple tube siphon, water dropping down the pipe creates negative pressure, which sucks water along a horizontal collector pipe.
Key Benefits
- Space Efficiency: Each gutter requires only one or two downpipes, which can be located at the building's edge to maximize floor space.
- Internal Flexibility: Horizontal collector pipes can be installed very close to the gutter, allowing full use of internal space.
- Cost Savings: Internal underground drainage can be eliminated and external drainage significantly reduced, lowering construction costs.
- Shallow Delivery: Water is delivered to designated points at shallow depths, ideal for pond-based solutions.
Wall Drainage Solutions
Modern kitchen and toilet designs are moving away from traditional ground drainage, which often suffers from odor exposure, floor drain leaks, and noise between floors. Our wall drainage system solves these issues, reaching a new height in sanitation efficiency and water savings.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes siphonic drainage different from traditional drainage?
Siphonic drainage operates on negative pressure, allowing pipes to run completely full. This allows for horizontal pipe installation without a slope and requires fewer downpipes than traditional gravity systems.
What are the advantages of using HDPE for sewage fittings?
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is highly durable, resistant to corrosion, and provides excellent leak-proof joints, making it ideal for long-term drainage infrastructure.
Why should I choose electrofusion fittings over spigot fittings?
Electrofusion fittings are easier to install in tight spaces and provide a highly reliable, cost-effective connection compared to older spigot fitting methods.
Does this system help in reducing construction costs?
Yes, by reducing the amount of underground piping and eliminating the need for numerous vertical columns, it significantly lowers both material and labor costs.
How does the wall drainage system solve odor issues?
The wall-mounted design eliminates traditional floor drains where odors often escape, providing a more sealed and hygienic environment for kitchens and toilets.
What is the production capacity for these components?
Our facility has a production capacity of 100,000 pieces per year, ensuring a stable supply for large-scale construction projects.
