The system utilizes electrochemical reactions to generate oxidizing substances from chloride ions and water molecules. These substances diffuse through the tank/reservoir, destroying bacteria and algal microbial cells on surfaces and within the water. This process achieves comprehensive disinfection and prevents microbial corrosion by forming a protective oxide film.
