What are your standard payment terms?
Generally, we work with TT: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance paid before loading.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
For stock items, it takes 3-7 days. For OEM designs or bulk orders, it typically takes 15-30 days, or about 30-45 days for a 1*40HQ container.
How do you handle product packaging?
Generally, we use a 5-ply brown carton with poly bags for glossy white products. For colored items, we use a 5-ply brown carton with 6-side 2cm foam protection.
