What is your delivery time?
We support FOB, CIF, CFR shipping methods. Usually, the delivery time for one device is 30 to 40 days, depending on the shipping method.
How long is your warranty?
We promise to provide a one-year warranty for all products we currently sell.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept T/T, L/C, D/P. The customer needs to pay 30% of the deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% of the payment is completed before delivery.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes, of course. Installation drawings and installation manuals are provided. If you are still unable to assemble, we have professional engineer teams and will help you with voice or video contact.
How do you pack and ship the equipment?
